General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the va555 platform and all of its services. By accessing the va555 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on va555 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is the same for all of the above methods.

When making a deposit, use a correct and active mobile number. va555 will not be responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The payment account used for withdrawals must be registered in the user's own name.

4.3 Transaction Verification

va555 reserves the right to verify any transaction. Additional verification may be required for suspicious or unusual transactions, and during this time the transaction may be temporarily put on hold.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New accounts on va555 receive a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳18,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must complete 10x wagering before withdrawing it. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.

Example: Receive a ৳2,000 bonus → you must wager ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may be claimed once only.
• Winnings from bonus funds can only be withdrawn after wagering requirements have been completed.
• va555 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotion.
• If bonus abuse or exploitation of loopholes is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All betting and gaming activities on va555 are conducted fairly and transparently. The outcome of each game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

6.2 Validity of Bets

Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled. If a bet is affected by a technical error, va555 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

Account Suspension & Closure

va555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they may contact customer support. Any valid remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

The va555 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. va555 will not bear any responsibility in the following circumstances:

• Issues related to the user's own internet connection or device.
• Technical errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical failures or server outages.

Under no circumstances will va555's maximum liability exceed the current balance in the relevant user's account.
